Robert M. Bosanac, MA

Robert M. Bosanac serves as the University Registrar, providing leadership and direction for the Records Office at Trinity International University.

Bosanac completed his BA in Russian Studies in 1984 from Illinois State University and his MA in Slavic Languages & Literatures in 1987 from the University of Kansas. During his degree work, he studied and traveled extensively in the former Soviet Union, developing an understanding and appreciation of the diverse people groups/cultures represented in that country. He has used these experiences and understanding to assist international students in their transition to the American academic system.

Since 1987, Bosanac has held positions in both Alumni and Registrar Offices at universities in Kansas, Oregon, and Iowa as Alumni Liaison, Associate Registrar, and Registrar. Serving the Lord in various church ministries as a teacher and missions director, Bosanac directed several missions outreach projects to provide Russian Bibles, food, and clothing to church fellowships in the Ukraine, former Soviet Union. These mixtures of academic and church leadership provide him with the service-oriented background he needs to effectively assist Trinity students with their academic records processes.

Bosanac and his wife, Joyce, reside in Bristol, Wisconsin. They especially enjoy family visits with their four daughters, Kelli, Laura, Andrea, and Chanda. His favorite pastime is reading, and has an extensive library of Christian apologetics and Russian literature. He also appreciates various types of music, including classical, jazz, and bluegrass, and is an accomplished accordionist. The Lord has given him a passion for teaching adult Sunday school, and he has served in this role since 1984. The Bosanacs attend Crossroads Church in Grayslake, Illinois.
