Tenure-Track Positions for Fall 2008

Athletic Training & Clinical Education Coordinator

Assistant Professor: The successful applicant will participate in all aspects of the CAATE accredited Athletic Training Education Program, maintain clinical education records; assessment of student performance during clinical education experiences; conduct regular site visits; develop new clinical education sites; and teach athletic training courses. Professional qualifications include a Masters or earned Doctorate (preferred) in Athletic Training or related discipline, 5 year (minimum) BOC certified, a minimum of 3 years experience in teaching (preferably as an Approved Clinical Instructor, ACI). Candidates must by knowledgeable of CAATE standards and guidelines and able to meet state of IL requirements for licensure.

Teacher Education

Asst./Assoc. Professor: Tenure-track position in English Communication with an emphasis in writing and organizational communication. Background in public relations a plus. Qualifications include an earned doctorate.
