On-Campus Housing

The on-campus apartments and the TEDS/TGS residence halls are reserved for full-time students actively studying in a residential degree program at Trinity International University.

An on-campus housing application is available to students after they have received formal notification of admission to the Divinity School or Graduate School and have confirmed their intentions of enrolling by submitting the required tuition deposit. On-campus housing rates are comparable to rental rates in the surrounding communities. These rental rates are subject to annual review and revisions.

For the 2008-2009 school year the rates are as follows:

Quadrangle Single, per semester: $1,590

Quadrangle Private Double, per semester: $1,855

Owens 700 A Single, per semester: $2,455

Owens  700 B & C Single, per semester: $2,410

Owens 800-900 A Single, per semester: $1,960

Owens 800-900 B & C Single, per semester: $1,855

Efficiency Apartment: $560-$635 per month

1 Bedroom Apartment: $760-775 per month

2 Bedroom Apartment: $820-955 per month

3 Bedroom Apartment: $1,090 per month

Off-Campus Housing

Many TEDS and TGS students live off-campus in a variety of situations:  apartment buildings, rented houses, houses that have been subdivided into rented apartments, purchased homes, mobile homes, live-in situations, and rented rooms in homes.

When looking for off-campus housing, Trinity's Housing Handbook is a helpful resource, that provides community profiles, apartment complex listings, and other beneficial information.  You may also want to visit Trinity's eClassifieds, which lists current housing advertisements, including apartments, houses, live-in situations, and roommates.  In addition, the Admissions Office receives notification on a limited basis of available apartments off-campus.  You may contact us at offcampushousing@tiu.edu for an email listing.
