Student Leadership Opportunities
Discipleship Cabinet
Cabinet Members are responsible to oversee the discipleship and accountability matching program. As a part of this ministry a Cabinet Member assumes responsibility of encouraging, facilitating, and modeling discipleship relations for the campus.

The dp3 has three primary roles: 1. Promoter: Promote personal discipleship on campus to the members of the floor through the ongoing efforts of the Student Ministries Office to provide spiritual formation; 2. Partner: Serve as a strategic resource to the RA in planning floor activities to promote spiritual growth, such as Bible studies and small groups; 3. Presence: Serve as a spiritual resource to the students on the floor as an additional mentor and counselor to the RA.
Women's Ministry
These are students who oversee and guide women's ministry on campus. Council members are exceptional, female student leaders.
Mission Cabinet
Cabinet members support the Student Ministries Office’s mission of providing the Trinity College community opportunities to make a strategic impact around the world.
Community Impact Cabinet
CIC is a TIU, student run group of ministries, which seeks to spread the good news of Jesus Christ through compassionate outreach to various communities in the Chicagoland area.Ministries include; Breakthrough Urban Ministries (tutoring children in Humbolt Park, Chicago), Renovate Ministry (children's programs at LaVina Church in Mundelein, IL), Refugee Ministry (works with refugees to help them adapt to life in America), and Young Life in Deerfield, Vernon Hills and Libertyville.
FAT (Faithful, Available, and Teachable)
Thursday late-night praise and worship service. Being faithful, available, and teachable are three key attributes of a disciple.
